COPE in conjunction with International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) hosted the Scientific Visit for National Agricultural Health and Biosafety Directorate, Mozambique from 4th to 15th July, 2022.
The two participants visited KEPHIS, headquarters where they learnt on the NPPO of Kenya legal framework, the activities undertaken by the NPPO and linkages with other stakeholders. They visited the KEPHIS Plant Inspection Unit, the KEPHIS plant Quarantine station and the Department of Veterinary Services.
